Welcome to the Montana Music Educators Association website.
MMEA supports your efforts in Montana classrooms by providing a diverse and high quality conference each fall featuring outstanding clinicians from around our country and state. Band, Choir, String and General Music teachers are well served at this outstanding event. We maintain a superb relationship with businesses throughout Montana who provide the instruments, resources and materials needed for our work in music education.
MMEA is a proud affiliate of the National Association for Music Educators. NAfME advocates for the recognition of music as a part of a well-rounded education, and for appropriate funding as a part of that recognition. Through NAfME, we stand united with music educators across the country to promote our mission to advance music education by encouraging the study and making of music by all.
